Nina Ricci

Launched in 1932 in Paris, France, Nina Ricci – a name which combines designer Maria Nielli’s nickname with her husband’s surname – offers technique, cut and balance to create striking simplicity in their designs. In 1941, her son Robert Ricci launched the brand’s first perfume and in 1954, Jules-François Crahay, Madame Ricci’s design assistant, succeeded her as Artistic Director. Since then, the brand has seen many Creative Directors, including Olivier Theyskens, Peter Copping and most recently Guillaume Henry whose first collection for Nina Ricci launched in AW 2015-2016.

Care Tips

Jewellery and Accessories products must be handled with special care in accordance with the following care advice in order to avoid damages to the product. To ensure that your product remains in beautiful condition over time, please observe the following:

Jewellery is a delicate product. As a result special care is required. Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratching. Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain the original, lustrous finish. Please remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming or applying body care products such as perfume, hairspray, soaps and lotions as this could harm the metals and reduce the lifetime of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance. Put on jewellery last when dressing, and take off first when undressing. Avoid contact with water. Avoid hard contact (e.g. knocking against objects) which could cause scratches, chips and other damages. Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials or glass cleaners. Watches: Please refer to producer’s operating instructions manual.

Please note leather and accessory products are usually not washable, nor suitable for spot cleaning. These products should not be dry-cleaned or washed as this will cause deformation or other changes to appearance. Leather is a natural material, which evolves over time. To preserve its original appearance, we recommend you treat the product with care and avoid direct contact with grease, water, perfumes and make-up to prevent stains. Avoid overloading leather and fabric accessories as they might lose their shape. Keep it at dry environment and no direct sunshine during storage.
